INGREDIENTS:
300 grams of beef tenderloin , cut into 2 x 1 cm
1/2 coconut and a half old, grated lengthwise, roasted, mashed.
8 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon of tamarind Java
2 tablespoons cooking oil
250 ml water
Blend:
3 large red chilli
8 red onions
3 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon toasted coriander
1 teaspoon toasted cumin
1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper
HOW TO MAKE:
- Mix the spices with toasted coconut, soy sauce and chunks of beef and stir well.
- Allow For 30 minutes
- Heat oil, put the meat and its marinade, and cook until color of the meat was changes, add water and cook until sauce dries up and meat is tender.
- Serve as a complementary lunch pack.
