Sweet Spices Meat


INGREDIENTS:
300 grams of beef tenderloin , cut into 2 x 1 cm
1/2 coconut and a half old, grated lengthwise, roasted, mashed.
8 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon of tamarind Java
2 tablespoons cooking oil
250 ml water

Blend:
3 large red chilli
8 red onions
3 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon toasted coriander
1 teaspoon toasted cumin
1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper

HOW TO MAKE:
  1.  Mix the spices with toasted coconut, soy sauce and chunks of beef and stir well.
  2. Allow For 30 minutes
  3. Heat oil, put the meat and its marinade, and cook until  color of the meat was changes, add water and cook until sauce dries up and meat is tender.
  4. Serve as a complementary lunch pack.
