Material:

Ingredients sauce:

300 ml chicken broth

300 grams bean sprouts
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
3 shallots, thinly sliced
2 cm ginger, crushed
1 cm galangal, crushed
1 bay leaf1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tsp salt
¼ teaspoon ground pepper
¼ tsp sugar
oil for frying

Material chili paste:

6 pieces of red chili sauce, boiled

2 ½ tablespoons shrimp paste
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 clove of garlic, boiled
1 tsp water

How to make:

Lentho: Mix cassava, beans Tolo, scallions, salt, garlic, coriander powder, and sugar. Flat round shape. Fry until cooked.Sauce: Heat the oil. Saute garlic, onion, bay leaves, galangal and ginger until fragrant. Saute until wilted.ADD chicken broth, soy sauce, salt, pepper powder and sugar. Cook until boiling.Serve rice cake, fried tofu, scallions, lentho, and bean sprouts. Sow fried shallots and 
 chili paste.
